The wooden W.O.Decker tugboat was launched in the depths of the Great Depression and served for more than fifty years keeping tankers and freighters moving in New York Harbor.
In 2018, the tug underwent an overhaul and restoration, and now is available for public sailings! If you’ve made it to NYC to have a ride and enjoy up the close views of the Statue of Liberty and the Lower Manhattan Skyline, this painting of this historic boat will make the ultimate souvenir! Or it’s a perfect piece of art for a maritime enthusiast!
